Who we are

Jason Wambold

VP of Revenue, OnusOne

Jason is co-founder and managing partner of OnusOne. He has over 23 years of experience both as a clinician and as an executive in the healthcare industry. He holds a bachelors degree in Kinesiology as well as bachelor and masters degrees in physical therapy, and is an APTA certified clinical instructor. Jason is an internationally recognized expert in best practice design and implementation of alternative and variable employee compensation models, and he regularly speaks on the topic at national, state, and regional conferences. He has authored multiple articles for the APTA PPS Impact magazine, and is a regular guest contributor to various podcasts both in the US and abroad.

Luke Nowak

Director of Customer Success and Product, OnusOne

Luke is the Director of Customer Success for OnusOne. He holds a BS in Computer Information Science from SUNY Brockport. He earned an MBA in Entrepreneurship and Business Development from the University of Rochester Simon Business School. Luke works in OnusOne software development focusing on continually upgrading its functionality for the user. Luke is able to use customer business data and his technical knowledge of the software to guide the business owner in developing pay structures that will best benefit their employees as well as ensuring maximum profitability for the business. The performance based compensation models are developed, implemented and monitored for each company. Luke works to assist business owners to find the "sweet spot" with models that highly compensate employees for excellent performance based on metrics, while keeping a focus on profitability and labor costs. He works toward your goal of the company's growth and success.
